Payment
(i)Payments can be made by cash, personal or building society cheque.

Deposit
(ii)A deposit of 50% of the price is required at the time of booking with full payment of the outstanding balance required on collection of the cake.
Wedding cakes require a non-refundable deposit of half of the price on booking with full payment of the outstanding balance 2 weeks before required date.

Collection
(iii)Cakes can be collected from the premises at arranged times.
(iv)Delivery of cakes may be possible with prior arrangement.


Our commitment
(v)We are committed to and will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure you cake is ready on time but in the event that circumstances beyond our control prevent this we are only responsible and liable for the cost of the cake and will offer a full refund.

 

Crazy4Cakes total liability for any claim arising from any matter will be the total cost of the cake.
